Sometimes, the inspiration for my art comes from a random piece of material. The idea for today’s Bird-A-Day art hit me when I found an old piece of scrap canvas. I just liked the raw, stringy look of this canvas strip and wanted to create something in an equally raw approach. I had fun using my fingers to paint this gouache bird. Enjoy.
